Linode的服务响应还真的挺快的

今天早上起来,发现所有放在linode上的站都不能访问,显示“502 Bad Gateway” ,首先想到重启linode,重启之后好了一阵,又出现同样的错误。于是联系linode客服,提交了一个ticket,出乎我的意料,居然3分钟就回复了,内容如下:

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us! As an unmanaged provider, we do not have internal access to your Linode and wouldn’t be able to directly assist with this type of issue. You’ll want to take a look at your web server’s error logs; they will contain more specific error messages that should help you track down the problem.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.

意思是说,他们一个非管理主机商,没有我的linode的权限,因此在这个问题上不能帮助我,让我自己去查看日志,解决此问题。

我回复了linode客服,Thank you for your reply, and I’ll try to track down the problem.

过了几分钟马上又收到linode客服的回复(这次换了一个人)I’m glad we could help! Let us know if there’s anything else we can do to assist you!

我最终自己解决了这个问题。从linode的服务响应时间,我觉得真的挺快的,几分钟就有回复,Linode一直口碑不错,这次我是亲身体验到了,总体来说,linode vps确实不错,不管是网站速度,性能和服务都比其他的好。
